1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused and in original condition.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is provided.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
